Position Overview: fiber.mortgage is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Mortgage Trade Desk Analyst.

Analyst will:

• Manage market and interest rate risk and related reporting.
• Lock loans and generate borrower disclosures packages.
• Sell loans to investors to maximize company gain on sale.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on warehouse line utilization.
• Manage warehouse line haircut to appropriately balance equity management while maximizing NIM.
• Assist in wire disbursement for loan closing.
• Be an absolute wizard in excel.
• Report directly to CEO.
