Be the data maestro! As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you’ll decode data mysteries, wielding Microsoft Apps, SAS, and SPSS like magic wands. Craft reports with ninja precision, analyze trends and save the day for Health Plan heroes. Your mission? Juggle projects, crack complex codes, and turn data into strategic gold at IEHP. In addition, collaboration with inter-departments to ensure member needs are met while simultaneously building strong.

Education & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience. In lieu of experience, a Master's degree will be accepted.

Key Qualifications

• Data analysis, data presentation, spread sheet and database capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capability. Strong attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Working knowledge of data analysis, study methodology, and preparing professional documents. Basic understanding of statistical methods.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Access, SAS, SSRS or other statistical applications are essential.
