Business Development Executive, Healthcare

For more than 17 years 360Civic has been a leader in online privacy protection services for Public Servants, including removing personal information online for Judges, Law Enforcement, Elected Officials, and Social Workers. We are seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our privacy protection service, IronWall360, to the healthcare industry and grow our market share and footprint.
This position will play a critical role in building and scaling our organization to help us achieve tremendous growth. You will work with our exceptional marketing team in a full-stack Business Development and sales role, including contacting targeted prospects at healthcare organizations and companies to drive new engagements and subscriptions.

Responsibilities include:
Build relationships with targeted prospects at healthcare organizations and companies to gauge their interest in our products.
Lead prospects through the full sales cycle using direct calling, email campaigns, and executing on the marketing programs and strategies developed by our marketing team.
Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system with the most current information.
Develop relationships and provide front-line contact with prospects wishing to learn more about our services.
Attend industry tradeshows, generate, and follow up on leads.
You will have the following ideal skills and traits:
2-5 years of sales experience in the finance/insurance industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including a pleasant demeanor in person and over the phone. You will primarily use phone calls and emails to achieve results.
Demonstrated experience using common Office productivity applications and online search tools including boolean searches.
Value-added skills:
Experience selling services to decision makers in the healthcare industry.
Knowledge and experience using CRM systems.
This is a full-time, salaried position plus commission. The target annual base compensation for this position is $65K-75K plus a generous commission schedule with no cap. On-target earnings of over $125K is very possible in your first year.
