Requirements
- The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. This experience will be a key factor in their ability to navigate the intricacies of Business Development effectively.
- The successful candidate must be comfortable and confident in working as an individual contributor. This role demands self-reliance and the ability to take ownership of the Business Development process.
Sales Expertise
- This position centers on sales expertise with a specific emphasis on solution selling in the IT services sector.
- Should have a deep understanding of how-to tailor IT solutions to meet the unique needs of clients. Proficiency in this area will be instrumental in driving successful Business Development efforts.
Client Acquisition
- Significant aspect of this role is the ability to secure mid and large-sized clients in the United States. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning and nurturing client relationships, as these relationships are vital to the growth and success of the organization.
Industry Focus
- Understanding the nuances of the healthcare industry, including its challenges, regulations, and opportunities, is essential for effectively engaging and providing valuable solutions to potential clients.
- Demonstrated experience in securing IT Services Master Service Agreements (MSAs) is a must. This experience showcases the candidate's ability to negotiate and finalize significant contractual agreements, which is crucial in the IT services industry.
