Experienced in, capable of, and shall perform the following functions: Shall perform test and evaluation activities related to the DoD Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC) process. Duties and responsibilities include: demonstrate proficiency in preparing and editing materials and documentation related to testing, operations analysis, information systems processing, and database management. Major staff experience supervising advising military commanders or staff surgeons on health care information management. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to DoD agency heads, directors, and senior managers with multi‐faceted expertise in military healthcare clinical practices, IM/IT, DoD acquisitions and engineering. Experience integrating telecommunications, automation, visual information, and printing equipment in support of individual or multiple medical treatment facilities and biomedical research laboratories
Candidates have a Master's degree and fifteen (15) years of Military Health medical IM/IT experience required. Shall be familiar with: AHLTA, AHLTA-T, DCAM, DMMLSS, ePDHA, MSAT, TC2, TMDS, TRAC2ES, MC4, JOMIS, TMIP-J, DHMSM, MHS GENESIS, and other DoD medical systems that support Military Health Operational Medicine. Secret security clearance is required.
