This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives by helping them achieve their health goals. The 30/10 Tacoma location is currently looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and motivated team member who have the desire to learn our 30/10 program and support our clients through their weight loss journey. The ideal candidate must have an upbeat attitude and an interest, or background in health and nutrition. Duties:
- Responsible for one-on-one coaching appointments
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' health goals and develop personalized plans
- Educate clients on proper nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices
- Implement our weight loss program and tailor it to individual needs
- Give practical/thoughtful input during coaching sessions
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Strong computer, customer service, and people skills
- Day to day front desk operations; answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, order filling, and collecting payments
- Commitment to your own health and wellness
- Compassion and commitment to helping others succeed
- Establish relationships with our clients
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Willingness to learn

Qualifications:
- Certification or degree in Health Coaching, nutrition, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in personal training or fitness instruction is a plus
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their health goals
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges individuals face in making lifestyle changes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Punctual
- Other skills desired: Creativity, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
