- Establish rapport and empower clients seeking to enhance well-being through self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values.
- Influence client behavior by educating clients on the importance of lifestyle changes for improving health outcomes.
- Support clients by translating their recommendations into practical and actionable plans that incorporate functional medicine principles.
- Provide client support and accountability with regular touchpoints through video calls, telephone, and electronic messaging or email.
- Excellent follow-up and time management skills, ensuring clients are being guided through their journey at Fountain Life.
- Engage and delight clients by anticipating their needs and going above and beyond to solve problems.
- Manage client progress and communication with appropriate documentation in clients' charts.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and team members to provide integrated, complete care.
- Keep up to date with the latest research and developments in functional medicine and Health Coaching. Regular check-in's and follow-up on action plans set with Health Coach.
- Help clients identify barriers to implementing lifestyle recommendations.
- Address any questions or concerns.
- Coordinate supplement and medication refills.
- Ensure clients are tolerating all medications/supplements well
- Reinforce nutrition agreements.
- Training from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and empower clients.
- Knowledge of lifestyle changes for improving health outcomes.
- Experience in providing client support and accountability.
- Excellent follow-up and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
