```Duties```
- Provide Health Coaching services to clients, focusing on promoting overall well-being and achieving health goals.
- Conduct assessments to understand clients' health needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support behavior change and goal attainment.
- Collaborate with clients to set realistic goals and track progress over time.
- Offer guidance and support in implementing sustainable changes to improve health outcomes.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
```Qualifications```
- Certification or degree in Health Coaching, personal training, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Experience in educating individuals on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques.
- Additional certifications in yoga, weight loss, or other relevant areas are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish a trusting relationship.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
