Fowler Elementary School District Job Title: HEALTH CLERK I Classification: Support Personnel Pay Scale Range: II Description: The Health Clerk I performs basic health services under the direct or indirect supervision of the school nurse. He/she assists the nurse, the administration and the staff with creating a climate of health and well-being among students to increase the educational opportunities for students by minimizing school absences due to illness and family issue(s). Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredAssociate Arts Degree is preferredCPR and First Aid Certification from an accepted agency (ARC/AHA)Valid Fingerprint Clearance CardValid Arizona Driver's LicenseMMR and TB VaccinationsKnowledge of medical equipment including stethoscope, nebulizer, sphygmonomanometer, thermometer, blood glucose monitor, SVN machine, etc.
