- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Promote and upsell products to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Knowledge of supplements, herbs or healrhy foods is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Time management skills to ensure prompt service to customers.
Experience as a key holder and /or supplement knowledge would be a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
