Axonius is looking for a Head of Talent Development to create our approach for talent management, help build great managers, and figure out the secret sauce to employee growth. This role is a mix of strategy and "rolling up your sleeves" execution, and offers the opportunity to determine how Axonius differentiates itself in the employee growth and development space.
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience designing talent management management solutions, and driving organization learning strategy and execution
- Degree in Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Human Resource Management, or related discipline a plus
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems and how to leverage them
- Ability to drive work independently and also function as an effective team player across multiple teams and functions
- Experience working across cultures/geographies and determining both global and local solutions
- Expertise or qualifications in how adults learn
- Strong track record of building and iterating talent strategies
- Strong influencing, facilitation and innovative thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an approach to talent management, including talent review, succession planning, high performer identification
- Design, implements and measure an ongoing people manager development program
- Design, implement and measure bespoke solutions for leaders and other talent across the org
- Own all details to ensure high quality execution, working with a senior learning specialist
- Assess employee needs and design solutions to address areas of growth
- Partner with function specific enablement functions to provide a seamless and connected learning experience for employees
- Lead and manage projects on time and on budget
- Stay current on innovations and developments in the field of Talent Development, AI, virtual learning, etc.
