Avalanche Studios Group is expanding, and we're seeking a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to join our People team. You'll play a crucial role in our growth journey, leading an exceptional team of TA Partners within our creative environment. As a part of the broader People team, you'll set the direction and strategy for Talent Acquisition, executing initiatives that drive us toward our business objectives. Partnering with senior members across our organization, you'll comprehend their hiring needs and team dynamics to scale our company effectively. Your role involves ensuring sustainable growth while maintaining quality standards. In this position, you'll report to the Chief People Officer. You will collaborate closely with your direct team, HR Managers, and senior management across all projects and locations. You can be based in any of our locations (Stockholm, Malmo, Liverpool, NYC and Montreal).

This role can be based in any of our Locations where we have a studio. You'll find us in Stockholm, Malmo, Liverpool, NYC and Montreal. We have a hybrid working model, where you can work from home 2 days per week and one of our lovely offices 3 days per week.
The Stockholm location
Our Stockholm office is situated in Sodermalm, the beating heart of the city's game industry. It's a physical representation of our games - the lush vegetation of Just Cause and theHunter: Call of the Wild meets corroded metal straight out of Mad Max. It has everything you need to make it your creative base camp.
