Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Parts Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parts inventory, overseeing sales, and ensuring a smooth operation of the department. This role requires a mix of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and administrative expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department.
- Manage parts ordering and inventory control to ensure availability of critical parts.
- Process parts orders and sales, utilizing Shopify.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform sales tracking using QuickBooks Online.
- Run regular reports to analyze sales trends and inventory needs.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely availability of Parts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and efficiency in the department.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Use Google Drive and Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed.
- Bonus for candidates with a knack for technology and marketing; not required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in parts management, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify, QuickBooks Online, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
