As the Head of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with our mission and values. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and market expansion. You will lead a team of talented marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of Marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities- Work as an individual contributor/leader to start then build your team as the company scales
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Worth AI's products and services.
- Lead and Manage Account Based Marketing Strategy and execution
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital and offline marketing materials, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and print collateral.
- Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive customer acquisition strategies, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the computer software industry, Data, or Risk
- Strong ABM experience
- Strong understanding of Marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Risk, Underwriting and/or Payments Industry is preferred
