As the Head of Process & Operations at Tradeweb, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. With a focus on operations oversight and data strategy implementation, you will lead a dynamic team of professionals to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing project management processes, managing cross-functional teams, and developing comprehensive data strategies to optimize business operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in prioritizing initiatives, providing timely feedback, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Data Management and Governance, you will serve as a key liaison between departments, driving collaboration and alignment to achieve organizational goals. With your expertise and vision, you will lead our organization towards sustainable growth and success in an ever-evolving business landscape.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the establishment and execution of Processes within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage and provide direction to a team of Business Analysts, Salesforce data administrators, and third-party data onboarding specialists, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, optimize business processes, and manage Salesforce data effectively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive efficiency.
• Analyze project, operational, and Salesforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Continuously evaluate and refine operational procedures, Salesforce data management practices, and third-party data onboarding processes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in a dynamic business environment.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, championing a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, aligning business objectives with project outcomes, Salesforce data management, and data-driven insights from third-party sources.
• Develop a roadmap aligned with the organization’s business plans, working closely with senior leadership to help prioritize initiatives and stage gate projects to ensure maximum business value.
• Lead strategic reviews of solution development processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Provide clear and timely feedback to stakeholders, ensuring that business and technology solutions are delivered in accordance with the established strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience 8+ years in project management, operations management, business analysis, and data strategy roles.
• Experience managing teams, including Business Analysts, product associates, and data specialists.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in agile project management would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in implementing data strategy initiatives and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of business processes and operations management principles.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and regulatory requirements related to data privacy.
• Strong preference for candidate to have background or experience in the financial sector.

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $150,000 to $250,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
