This role is a unique blend of digital marketing, media, and branding expertise, and it's crucial for our mission to redefine the future of motorcycling.  You'll work closely with our VP Marketing and other key team members, diving into projects that will impact the lives of motorcycle enthusiasts worldwide. ABOUT THE ROLE:

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Research & Ideation: Generate compelling content within the realms of motorcycling, technology, and sustainability across platforms like LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
• Content Management & Analytics: Maintain a 4-week content buffer, manage content distribution, and utilize analytics to refine strategies.
• Community Building: Lead the creation and nurturing of a brand community, including audience engagement on social media, live events, and webinars.
• Brand Representation: Manage outreach for media opportunities and brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with our ethos.
• Operational Excellence: Continuously improve and scale our business processes.
• Team Management: Manage and develop budgets for a roster of Content creators, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms.
• Hands-On Execution: Be willing to execute masterfully as the first person on the ground, setting the stage for scaling the team.
• Social Media Savvy: Maintain an active social media account for experimentation and staying abreast of algorithmic and trending changes.
• AI Utilization: Aptly use AI tools to speed up workflow and enhance content creation.
• Strategic Flexibility: Know when to be scrappy and when to go big, balancing resourcefulness with ambition.
• Editing Skills: Be proficient in social media editing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and InShot.
• Content Versatility: Produce both compelling consumer-facing content and thought leadership style content.
• Digital Marketing: Be proficient in managing SEO and other content-related platforms.
• Customer Service Management: Oversee and manage customer service initiatives to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Newsletter & Digital Marketing: Take charge of newsletters and other digital marketing initiatives to engage and grow our audience.

• Design Proficiency: You have a keen eye for aesthetics and are familiar with design platforms like Canva.
• Organizational Skills: You can manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Proactive Nature: You're forward-thinking, identifying issues and solutions without needing to be prompted.
• Team Management: You have experience managing a team and can effectively coordinate multiple content creators.
• Hands-On Approach: You're not just a manager; you're an executor who can set the groundwork for a growing team.
• Social Media Expertise: You actively manage your own social media accounts and experiment with various content formats.
• AI Skills: You're proficient in using AI tools to streamline your workflow and improve content quality.
• Market Understanding: A deep understanding of motorcyclist psychology and lifestyle.
