Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in coordinating all design disciplines to produce quality-certified construction documents for projects with a minimum construction value of 5 million dollars.
- The candidate must have experience and working knowledge in the application and approval process for all types of commercial Municipal approvals such as Planning, Zoning, and Conservation.
- The candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate and schedule the activities of multiple design disciplines.
- The candidate will control the time, cost, and quality of the assigned projects as part of a project team member and will negotiate and prepare contracts with all sub-consultants.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to interface productively with clients.
- A design degree in architecture or civil/structural engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD is a plus.
- Compensation commensurate with education and Experience working with design professionals.
