Job Title: HCA Nurse Residency Program
Job Type: Full-time, one-year residency program
Qualifications:
- Eligible for graduation from an NLN-AC or CCNE Accredited Nursing Program with an Associate or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing prior to employment.
- Associate degree in Nursing (Required) or Bachelors of Science in Nursing (Preferred)
- Current, BLS (Basic Life Support) AHA (Required)
- Current, Valid State license as a Registered Nurse (Required)
- Current TN or Multi-state Compact RN license
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, within past 1 year
- Self-motivated and strong communication skills required
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive program for new graduate nurses with less than six months of experience.
- Attend education and curriculum sessions.
- Complete guided clinicals with preceptors.
- Receive mentoring and debriefing support.
- Be subject to measurement and evaluation of progress.

Pay Rates During Training:
*Rate increases Based on prior healthcare experience
Sign-on Bonuses:
- Med-Surg/PCU - $12,500K Quarterly ($7.5K Up front option)
- ER/Behavioral Health - $10K Quarterly ($5K up front option)
- All other (Womens, Peds, ICU, Rehab, OR) - $5K Up front (not advocating for a quarterly option since it is a lower amount)
