- Hourly Wage: $26.12
- Sign-on Bonus: Med-Surg/PCU - $12,500K Quarterly ($7.5K Up front option)

Position Title: Nurse Residency-Med Surg-Chattanooga, TN
Position Overview:
The Nurse Residency Program is designed for New Graduate Nurses with less than six months of experience. It offers a comprehensive program that includes:
- Education and Curriculum
- Guided Clinical with Preceptor
- Support (Mentoring and Debriefing)
- Measurement and Evaluation
Key Features:
- Shift: Full-Time Nights (rotating weekends) – NIGHTS ONLY
- Location: Chattanooga, TN
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Nurse Residency Program, which is a yearlong program.
- Develop skills to use independent and reasonable judgment in providing a wide variety of patient care services as per the scope of nursing practice.
Qualifications:
- Eligibility for graduation from an NLN-AC or CCNE Accredited Nursing Program with an Associate or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing prior to employment.
- Current, BLS (Basic Life Support) AHA.
- Current, Valid State license as a Registered Nurse.
Special Notes:
- Canadian students are accepted.
- Visa sponsorship is available for international students who graduated from an accredited nursing program in the US.
- All candidates must have an active OPT, a temporary employment authorization for a year.
