Hello fellow plant lovers! Native Earth Landscape is Hiring Happy Gardeners. We are looking for Gardeners and Foreman for Denver, Boulder and Evergreen. There is always room for advancement!

We are a growing, award-winning, organic, woman-owned, equal opportunity Garden Maintenance company beginning our 22nd year in business! We are very established and have wonderful system's in place that make working At Native Earth less chaotic. We strive to keep our reputation as having the best company culture and amazing coworker’s. Native Earth specializes in maintenance, design, re-design, install, reclamation, irrigation, water features, exterior lighting, annuals, and more. We have the honor of taking care of some of the most beautiful and diverse gardens in Boulder, Denver and Evergreen.

Most of all, someone that wants to love their job and the people they work with. We have many gardeners that return year after year and if you become a foreman, we potentially offer salary with a phone, vehicle. We take care of high-end residential gardens with a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Team players and great communicators only. Positions available are for full-time, part-time and temporary employees. Starting around mid April 1st 2024, until Thanksgiving. However most years there is work until the winter holidays, as our weather can still be mild at that point. Its always depending on the weather.

Native Earth works during the workweek (no weekends). Experience is a huge plus, yet we are willing to train if you are the right fit. Our company pays a higher wage compared to most other companies especially if you have experience.

We are NOT just landscapers. However, we do renovation work, yet our focus is high end maintenance. We weed, prune, fertilize, plant, rake, compost, primp, annuals, shape, containers, irrigation, love gardens and we are strictly ORGANIC. Native Earth does have projects booked for this upcoming season and more to come, so there is irrigation, lighting, machine work, etc available for those that have experience or want to learn.

Native Earth is also involved in professional trade organizations, legislating for workers rights, the environment, equity and equality. There is also community service for those of you that would like to do more than just a job.

IMPORTANT: NO complainers, gossips, whiners and crap talkers. You know who you are and need not apply. You will NOT be asked to stay if you are a constant downer. (Everyone has a bad day, yet every day is just not our thing) We are a group that likes to laugh! It really makes the whole job more enjoyable. Our crew is always commenting on how much everyone is great to work with here and we aim to keep it that way.

We are a NO Drama company. Seriously, this is a job that can melt away stress if you love plants. Because the last few years have been stressful enough, we aim to keep Native Earth a positive environment.

We take care of residential properties from South Denver to North Boulder. We are growing rapidly and are looking for someone who will work in mainly in Boulder and mainly in Denver, depending on priority. There are clients in Evergreen, however we have many present employees that love working up there so this is not a requirement. You will need to be flexible if we need you on occasion to work elsewhere. We do pay for some drive time every day and pay for 30 minute lunch breaks. We do not hire subcontractors, only employees. Or as our lovely gardeners call us, Native earthlings!

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 50 per week
