Handyman Partner

```Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with your hands, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs

- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend solutions

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants

- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed

- Demolition and install new bathrooms

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role

- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs

- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and find practical solutions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and tenants
