The Shiseido Summer Internship program is a paid, full time 9-week program for college rising Juniors or Seniors starting June 3rd through August 2nd. We are committed to your professional development so during your time here, you can expect to participate in meaningful projects, networking, professional development workshops, speaker series, volunteer activities, and you will also have the opportunity to connect with your global peers across the world!
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supply Planning Intern for the brand NARS. As a key member of the NARS S&OP team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our reporting systems to provide improved visibility for both domestic and international markets.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supply Planning Intern for the brand NARS. As a key member of the NARS S&OP team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our reporting systems to provide improved visibility for both domestic and international markets.
- Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to understand current reporting processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Take ownership of a project aimed at enhancing existing reports, ensuring accuracy, and implementing improvements for increased fill rate and days of inventory coverage.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback to tailor reports to meet diverse business needs.
- Assist in day-to-day Supply Planning tasks, gaining hands-on experience in the typical responsibilities of the Supply Planning function.
- Analyze data and propose insights to contribute to strategic decision-making within the supply chain.
Requirements:
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
- Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
- Have a passion for cosmetics, beauty industry and consistently keeping up-to-date with trends
