Role Summary:

Manager of Supply Planning Influences leadership across the organization to optimize service level and inventory. Responsible for the stock equation (production plan and inventory) and ensures the quality of the demand for the brand they manage. Coordinate launches to optimize the service level and inventory.

What We Are Looking For:

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage launch tracking for on time in full for the US Market, including all elements saleable/non

  • Manage safety stock strategy across multiple métiers through to cruising status

  • Analyze specific trends for new product launches to determine risks & opportunities.

  • Facilitate monthly meetings with GM, Sales, Marketing and Finance to review all Launches and ensure all elements are on track.

  • Perform monthly Procurement cycle with France

  • Analyze stock equation to identify risk and opportunity on stock levels

  • Work closely with the Promo and Development teams on promotional programs.

  • Proactively identify solutions and root cause for continuous improvement

  • Seek alternatives to air shipments and environmental impacts, while also escalating and identifying when needed

  • Investigate daily/weekly cuts to identify causes and work to rectify.

  • Influences decision making in performance improvement and resolves obstacles.

  • Participate in cross functional project teams

  • Maintain and update SKU catalogue.

  • Regular interaction with the Global Supply team in France

    Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field is required.

  • 3-5 years prior experience working in Supply Chain is required.

  • SAP or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Level of experience is differentiated by an individual’s experience level and the scope and complexity of the business unit.

    Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

    Salary Range: $100,400 -$143,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
