We are L Makeup Institute, A Makeup Artistry School in Southlake Texas seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Hairstylist Instructor. Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in hair styling, braids, updos and blowouts.

Implement our proprietary curriculum, lesson plans, and hands-on training activities.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their skills and confidence.

Stay current with industry trends and educational best practices.

Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.

Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress.

Serve as a mentor and role model for students, instilling professionalism and passion for the craft.

Requirements:

Valid cosmetology license

Proven experience as a hairstylist with a portfolio

Teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Makeup artistry Experience Is a plus but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to staying current with industry trends and techniques.

Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in mentoring students
