An ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources Manager at the NJ headquarters.

· Assists with posting job advertisements on various job boards.

· Prepares screening materials for potential hires. Requests background checks.

· Prepares policy manuals for new employees.

· Scans employee records into digital files. Maintains the e-files.

· Enrolls new hires in benefit plans in a timely manner.

· Coordinates employee celebrations and events.

· Works with internal helpdesk on employee technology updates.

· Prepares employee termination paperwork.

Skills required:

Experience in ADP Workforce Now

Experience in HR management.

Knowledge of recruitment process.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Proficiency in Spanish a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
