We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at ATTIVA Wellness. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Check members and guests in, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
-Sign up new members
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage guest reservations and update the booking system as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist clients in scheduling personal training sessions and group fitness classes
-Use the POS system to charge clients for services and products
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of MindBody is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Shifts needing coverage:
Mondays 4-8pm
Tuesdays 4-8pm
Fridays 4-8pm
