The Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport is currently seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent for immediate hire.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will not only be the person guests rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You will also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel welcome and at home.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to achieve 100% guest satisfaction. Other duties include but are not limited to checking guests in and out of the hotel, making reservations, posting charges to guest accounts, verifying payments, billing credit cards, responding to guest complaints and balancing a cash bank. - Candidates must have a flexible schedule available all days of the week
- IHG/Holiday Inn or OPERA experience a plus
- Must be computer literate
- Must maintain a professional appearance at all times

- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours at a time
