We are looking for a Part Time Guest Service Agents with flexibility to work evenings, and weekends to make our clients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our hotel. Guest Service agent’s responsibilities include greeting clients, as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins to assigned rooms and informing them about the hotel's facilities. Ensuring that stellar customer service is provided along with memorable hospitality experiences for our guests. If you have previous hospitality experience and are familiar with hotel procedures, like bookings, check-in/check-out processes, we'd like to meet you. Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication, are proactive, and have the ability or multi-task and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide upscale Guest Service experiences for clients throughout their stay.
- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.
- Communicate clearly & effectively to Team Members, and all guests entering the Hotel.
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints.
- Oversee check-in & check-out procedures.
- Liaise with Housekeepers, Maintenance to provide an overall comfortable guest experience.
Skills:
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
- Customer Service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
- Knowledgeable of Opera PMS (Cloud), and MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
