```Experience```
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with operations and front desk procedures is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reservation systems

Please note that this position doesrequire working weekends as part of the regular schedule. During the off season, Oct-April, Sundays are not required. Every Saturday required from May-Sept with rotating Sundays.
