Guest Services Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, detailed-oriented individual who has both excellent customer service skills and is experienced with employee management! Strong computer skills, problem solving and multi-tasking abilities a must!

Job Responsibilities

This position will be the informational/communications hub for all facets of Guest Services. This position will support the Guest Services Director and be responsible for executing the following responsibilities:

• Guest Services/Compensation
• Reservations
• Dispatch & On-Call- internal communications with other departments and vendors
• Phone Systems, Phone Call Coverage
• Ensuring Quality Control & Timely Responsiveness
• Employee Management & Training of all staff, contractors, and vendors associated with the Guest Services division
• Process Management
• Internal Communications and Relations with other departments
• Upholding Company Core Values and Excellent Customer Services standards!

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must have proven customer service and management experience.
• Must have flexibility to be on call.

Schedule

This is a full-time, in office position located in Destin, FL. This role may require you to work in different office locations from Okaloosa Island to Miramar Beach. Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm. Working days are scheduled based on business needs. Weekend work and after hours on call shifts are required.
