Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player, professional, and work well in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. You must be able to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and courtesy to all guests. You must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by any guest.
You are responsible for guest registration, reservations, check-outs, and communication of hotel services and promotions. You will have a direct affect on creating a positive and lasting guest experience.
This is a part-time position working 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You must be able to work weekends and holidays.
