LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN WORK MON-FRI or FRI-MON Guest Service Representatives perform various functions of hotel reception including: registration, guest accounting, telephone and concierge services to deliver and an exceptional experience for our guests. Additionally, Guest Service Representatives contribute to the overall safety and security of the hotel by reporting damage, following safety rules, and assisting in emergency situations.
Essential Job Functions
- Attending to guest registration, room assignments, and special request
- Take, modify, and update room reservations
- Accurately record and process guest charges, credits, and payments
- Protect and securely handle all guest information
- Assist and respond to all guest inquires in person, phone, or email as appropriate
- Find the win-win in resolving guest concerns or complaints
- Deliver the Brand and Company promises
General Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have a professional, warm, and approachable disposition
- Fluently read, write, and speak English
- Demonstrated ability to remain level-headed in hectic and tense situations
- Problem solving and basic reasoning skills are required
- Must have mathematical ability and mental alertness
- High School Diploma or EquivalentWork Environment & Other
- This is a shift work position typical shifts are from 7:00 am to 3:00pm or 3:00pm to 11:00pm or 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others: demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflect highly on the hotel, the brand, and company
- Job requires the use of standard office equipment including computers, telephones, and photocopiers
- Frequent physical movement within the front office area of the hotel

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
