The Cambria Boston-Somerville is currently seeking an enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join the Front Desk team.

From arrival to departure, the Guest Service Agent manages our guests’ experience at The Cambria. Their focus is to deliver a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel, facilitate guest check in's and out's, provide information about the hotel and the surrounding area, and juggle the ongoing activity in the hotel lobby. Our Guest Service Agents anticipate the needs of our guests and strive to elevate each stay from good to great. A Full Time GSA will promote an energetic lobby atmosphere and make every guest feel as if they are in their home away from home.
This Guest Service position is a hybrid role that will also cover two overnight shifts each week. This role will require training in night audit procedures.
Candidates must have the availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and two overnight shifts per week.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent oral and written command of the English language
- Required to stand for up to six hours at a time
- Flexible and variable work schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Some college preferred
- Bi-lingual a plus
- While hospitality experience is not required, some experience working with the public is preferred
