Job Description
- Interacting with customers; including receiving orders, processing sales transactions, and managing customer issues.
- Training, motivating, and recognizing team members.
- Coaching, mentoring, and ensuring team member accountability.
- Creating the team member lineup, managing breaks, and assisting in inventory management at the shift level.
- Communicating employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
- Strictly adhering to all Company policies and procedures.

- Must have a source of reliable transportation.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand 8+ hours at times.
