GUEST ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR Yountville, CA Laying in the heart of Napa Valley, The Estate Yountville features two magnificent hotels that embody the perfect getaway and retreat. Surrounded by vineyards, Michelin-star restaurants and exquisite views in Yountville, our 22-acre haven sits among one the most coveted viticulture regions in the world. We invite our guests to immerse themselves in a redesigned Wine Country experience in a delightfully vino-cultured manner: two luxury hotels with decidedly different personalities – the vibrant Hotel Villagio and its sophisticated counterpart, Vintage House, a chic and tranquil sanctuary.

A combined room-count of nearly 200 rooms and suites allows us to create a memorable experience for any occasion JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Guest Activities Director to join our team at The Estate Yountville. As the Activities Director, you will be responsible for creating and executing unique and memorable events and activities for our guests. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Reservation teams.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and execute all guest-facing events and activities, ensuring they are unique, compelling, and add value to every guest's stay Develop a comprehensive annual calendar of events and activities that align with the brand, vision, and goals of the property Manage the budget for each event and activity, ensuring that expenses are within the allotted budget and revenue is maximized Create and foster partnerships with local businesses such a wineries, chefs, and artisans Engage with hotel guests to promote the events and ensure their success Ensures all events are well photographed for ongoing promotion Coordinate with all Front Desk, Concierge, and Reservation team members to ensure all guests are aware of the events prior to arrival Closely tracks event attendance and any revenue generated to quantify success Evaluate the success of each event and activity, using feedback from guests, staff, and revenue data to inform future planning and decision-making Work closely with 3rd party marketing firm to promote the events externally Partner with the Town of Yountville to ensure all activities comply with local regulations Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning, hospitality, and tourism to continuously enhance the guest experience REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred 3 years of event planning experience is required, preferably in the hospitality industry Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Hotel experience is strongly preferred Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed Hotel Villagio & Vintage House offer an attractive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.
