GTM Field Request Triage: Manage incoming requests and address common field support needs such as reporting, tool support, etc.
Preliminary Discovery: Conduct preliminary investigations and gather necessary information for moving requests forward. Assist in identifying internal areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
Tool Support: Provide troubleshooting, tool audits, bug fixes & updates, and impact analysis for new features.
Project & Program Support: Assist in various projects and programs, including SAO approvals, account changes, Asana tasks, and ad hoc project support.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales support processes, request investigation, and general troubleshooting techniques.
QA & Testing: Conduct quality assurance and testing activities for reporting, tools, and other relevant processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to take proactive action to address issues.
Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Provide efficient and effective support to ensure smooth operations for our sales teams.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or an equivalent role
Proven success driving operational support and strong collaboration skills and high emotional EQ
Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment with the capacity to make informed decisions
Proven track record of implementing and executing processes and procedures that can scale as business grows
Energetic team player that can partner with other leaders on the team while diving in with front line individuals
Excellent communication skills both up and downstream
Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions and execute
