Group Manager, Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

We are looking for a process and data-driven Group Manager to lead our Supply Chain Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Project Management Team. The team focuses on strategic and tactical purchasing as well as supplier qualification, development, and industrialization topics for Tesla’s Supply Chain Organization. The role requires building strong cross-functional working relationships with stakeholders at all levels from global supply management, quality, design engineering, legal, and finance teams who support Tesla’s supply chain processes. As a result, exceptional interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills are crucial, as is the ability to synthesize complex issues, drive desired outcomes, and influence stakeholders across functions inside and outside Tesla. You will be part of a team that is positioned independently from any specific spend category and serves as an internal supply chain optimization group globally.
