We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Group Facilitator.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Build positive relationships with clients.
- Facilitates groups
- Provides organized and structured groups for clients
- Understands group facilitation needs to have a beginning, middle & end
- Documents individualized notes in an electronic medical record system after each group.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ yrs. old.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
