Executive Support
Travel Management
Coordinates travel (e.g., accommodations, transportation, required access) and tracks expenses for managers.
Calendar management
Provides strategic calendar management and time planning support for manager.
Handles meeting logistics (manages invites, catering, booking rooms, audio-visual and technical issues).
Team Support
Serves as a liaison between executives and team.
Manage team resources (distribution groups, organizational charts, SharePoint sites, hardware purchases) and assist with onboarding and departure experiences.
Event Coordination
Plan and manage logistics for on-site and off-site events.
Manages supplier and business relationships end to end.

Years of Experience Required
3-5 years' experience in related field working with high level execs.
Degrees or certifications required
2-3 years relevant experience preferred.
Best vs. Average
High level skill set in Outlook, Excel, MS Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Organization and calendar management is KEY.
Prior Microsoft experience is greatly Preferred.

- Provides general administrative support primarily for a group.
- Coordinates meetings and events; department financial operations, personnel operations, and purchasing.

Skills:
Minimum 3+ years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and project management skills:

- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills a must.
- Proficient use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
