We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
```Duties:```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep grounds clean and well-maintained
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain flower beds
- Prune trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth
- Plant and maintain gardens, including watering, fertilizing, and weeding
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete various landscaping tasks
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs
- Remove debris and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects
```Skills:```
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Proficiency in operating power tools and hand tools used in groundskeeping
- Ability to irrigate lawns and gardens effectively
- Familiarity with lawn care products and their proper usage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
