  • Any combination to sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above
  • Requires a Qualified Applicators' Certificate from the California Department of Pesticide Regulations (within six (6) months of employment)
  • Requires a valid California Drivers License
  • ATTACH - DMV Printout (no older than 90 days) and must show *END* on the report. The online report will be accepted as long it is printed from the web browser, clicking the 'print' button displayed on the Driver History Report page (The Driver History Report page cannot be accepted, you MUST click the print button and save as a PDF to attach); Word, Rich Text, etc., or copy/paste versions will not be accepted.
