This position is in the main WLUC station in Negaunee Township. It's a chance to gain news and/or sports journalism experience in the field. The U.P. is a recreational paradise. Winter, summer, spring or fall, if you enjoy the outdoors, this is the place for you. The small town setting is peaceful and safe, but it still has the big city entertainment and dining experiences. There's no traffic, but there is plenty to do. The people of Upper Michigan make this area stand out with their friendly, helpful, honest and fun approach to life.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Be currently enrolled in a college/university
• Strong work ethic, and organizational skills
• College student, junior or senior, earning a degree in Journalism/Communications, Business, Advertising/PR, Entertainment & Media Studios, or related fields, with a desire to get hands-on experience in the local media industry
