Graphic Designer

Dogwood Media Solutions is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Pike Road, Alabama. We are currently accepting resumes for a Graphic Designer.

A Graphic Designer at Dogwood will thrive under pressure while delivering high-quality design projects. You will work under our creative director, creating graphics to meet a commercial or promotional need in both print and social media. The perfect candidate is comfortable multi-tasking, working both independently and collaboratively, and can communicate within a team environment effectively. 

Desired Qualities:

• Ability to communicate clearly with clients
• Ability to evaluate client needs and adjust accordingly (pivot)
• Ability to utilize constructive criticism from peers/client
• Ability to plan long-term and create cohesive campaigns
• Organized and Self-Motivated
  
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Required Qualifications:

• Must be self-motivated to succeed in this position
  
• You can talk about what you do and why you love doing it
• The ability to design consistently and creatively is needed
• Never misses a deadline
• A person of character with a lively personality
• Clean public-facing social media profiles
• Thorough knowledge of all Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to work collaboratively in an open environment with others in our organization
• 2+ years of professional experience
