Graphic Designer

The H&M Advisors is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the team as a full-time employee to assist in the design, development, and production of best-in-class creative.
A successful candidate must be an organized, inspired individual who demonstrates a high level of technical ability, a strong sense of design principles, and attention to detail. We are looking for a smart, skilled, passionate person to join our talented, growing team.
The Graphic Designer will support a wide range of initiatives and campaigns for digital, social, and print formats, as well as help to evolve and develop the creative needs for the organization's brand identity and visual standards. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing deliverables including, but not limited to, proposals and presentations, brochures and flyers, and infographics, all requiring a look and feel tailored to each project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fundamentals and principles of design, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud and design techniques, and will be collaborative and able to adapt to changing priorities and iterative project development. This role requires a high level of strategic planning, critical thinking, resourcefulness, and the ability to communicate the motivation for your design choices. This is a collaborative role and extensive interaction with the H&M team is required to be successful in the role.
