Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

The Graphic Designer will be an integral part of guiding Clio’s design process from beginning to end. This role will be vital in conceptualization, design, and execution of a variety of visually compelling materials including packaging, digital content, and print collateral for both trade and consumer audiences. In addition to graphic work, this person will be an integral part of the asset management process. They will manage all completed artwork, help with print management, signoffs, own folders with key brand assets (logos, lock ups, fonts, visuals) and so on. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to build visually compelling designs as well as key cross-functional counterparts to ensure high-quality, consistent execution from our suppliers. A creative, organized, and flexible team player with strong technical designs skills and ability to develop eye-catching, functional, and on-brand creative that resonates with our target audiences will thrive in this role. This Graphic Designer will work 20 hours a week either remotely or hybrid based out of our office in Piscataway, NJ and report into the VP of Marketing. We are flexible on scheduling with a preference for 4 hours a day M-F

• Own Clio’s creative design, approval, and execution process from end to end 
• Meet regularly with the marketing team for creative briefings and feedback across a range of materials 
• Manage all design and asset needs (graphic, social, web, packaging, sales materials, deck optimization, etc.) 
• Develop and update packaging graphics for grocery, mass and club across full portfolio of 3+ product lines and 20+ skus 
• Liaison with external creative partners as needed 
• Ensure all creative accurately and consistently represents the company’s brand and ethos 
• Continuously evaluate market trends and analyze competitive designs 
• Maintain holistic asset management process for team across all graphic materials 
• Support internal procurement partners in printer management, review, etc.
