What you will be doing:

• Produce graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts using technology and computer software packages for either print or web.
• Apply professional design principles to the creation of documents, websites, and other graphic products such as brochures, flyers, offering memorandums and promotional videos for properties.
• Assist in creating and updating property listings with detailed descriptions, high-quality photos, and virtual tours.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available on the company's website and various listing platforms.
• Mentor and train other designers and may conduct some training on design software applications.
• Develop visually appealing presentations to showcase properties to potential clients.
• Manage and update the firm's social media profiles to promote properties, share industry news, and engage with the audience on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to reach potential clients and keep existing clients informed about new listings and market trends.
• Segment email lists to target specific client groups with relevant content.
• Update the company website with the latest property listings, market reports, and other relevant content.
• Assist in organizing events, such as open houses and networking functions.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, answer inquiries, and provide updates on property listings.
• Maintain good client relations and address any concerns.
• Ensure the firm's branding guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing materials.
• Work on maintaining a professional and appealing brand image.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling paperwork related to property transactions.
• Monitor the performance of marketing efforts through metrics like website traffic, email campaign engagement, and social media analytics.
• Provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices.
• Attend training sessions, webinars, and conferences to improve your skills and knowledge.
• To excel in this role, it's essential to have strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in marketing tools and software, and a good understanding of the commercial real estate market. Collaborating with the brokerage team and staying adaptable to changing market conditions is also crucial for success in this position.

What you will bring along:

• Associate degree and three years of related experience and/or training with a concentration in marketing, advertising, writing, publishing, communications, graphics or related field.
• 3+ plus years in the commercial real estate industry.
• Understanding and knowledge of marketing communications, mass mailings, electronic correspondence, proposal writing, marketing promotions and presentation creation
• Capacity to write and generate industry related content with strong editing skills with an emphasis on business writing
• Strong skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator).
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in creating custom maps and aerials.
• Knowledge of e-mail marketing programs preferred.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients.
