We are seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Flexible Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Specialist to create visually appealing and engaging materials for various programs and events. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Adobe Suite and other graphic design tools, attention to detail, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Specialist to design and produce high-quality marketing materials for the department.
2. Create quarterly programs and events brochures, event flyers, and program flyers that align with the organization's branding guidelines.
3. Design mailers for the department to effectively communicate information to the target audience.
4. Ensure that all design materials meet ADA+ marketing/print compliance standards.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements into projects.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and other graphic design-related programs.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Experience with ADA+ marketing/print compliance preferred.
Hours:
- Flexible and variable hours (average of 6 hours/week).
- Additional hours may be required during peak seasons (quarterly brochure) or for special projects.

Due to the nature of a government providing services to the public all duties of this position are required to be fulfilled at the designated worksite in the town. No remote work is available.
