Form of workCALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a graphics design analyst to support the HQDA DCS G8. The analyst shall provide expert assistance to the DCS G8 FD to develop presentations in the form of graphics, bar charts, graphs, and excel using various software.
Tasks include:
- Develop draft program and system briefings for presentation to senior leaders.
- Attend meetings which address the resolution of critical system related issues and provide meeting minutes, EXSUMs, and information papers that keep leadership apprised of issues and concerns and report/track all assigned action items.
- Develop spreadsheets, graphs, tables, reports and analysis for briefings, executive summaries, research projects, studies, and other published and unpublished products.
- Conduct quality control checks of Portfolio briefings and provide reports of analysis, as necessary. Analysis shall include recommendation for changes to any briefings and presentations formats.
- Responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of the graphics used in presentations.
- Support the preparation for engagements, coordinating with subject matter experts, and distilling a wealth of information into a salient and succinct format to maximize time and decision-making.
- Present results of analysis as directed by G-8 FD, but not limited to the following venues: In Progress Reviews, Briefings, Meetings, Office calls, Memorandums, Executive Summary, Published Documents, Email, PowerPoint Presentations, Share Point.
Required Skills
- U.S. Citizen
- Secret clearance
- Expert experience communicating with senior leaders
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using state of the art graphics software on both Windows OS and Apple Mac OS computers
- Proficiency in Adobe products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher.
Required Experience
- Six to 10 years of experience in graphic design
- One to three years supporting DoD
Preferred Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in graphic design
- Three to six years supporting DoD
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from an accredited school by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
