Title:Graphic Designer

Location: Washington DC (1-2 days Onsite)

Clearance: We prefer D.C. Metro area candidates with U.S. Citizenship or Green Card due to public trust clearance requirements.

Role Overview: Areeva Solutions is looking to hire a Graphic Designer to play a key role in maintaining the organization's visual identity and brand standards. The role requires implementing design, branding, and visual identity guidelines while developing and maintaining efficient internal processes for graphic design and video product development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform graphic design services, ensuring adherence to OCS' visual identity and brand standards.

· Edit and coordinate various design materials, ensuring high-quality and consistent output.

· Manage video production projects, including the creation of grant recipient spotlights and animated videos.

· Implement design, branding, and visual identity guidelines across all materials.

· Develop and maintain efficient internal processes for graphic design and video product development.

· Utilize proficiency in applicable video and graphic design technology and applications.

· Work collaboratively with team members to ensure cohesive and effective design outcomes.

· Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Qualification:

· Associate degree with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in graphic design and video production or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.

· Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing tools.

· Strong knowledge of design principles and branding guidelines.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
