We're on the hunt for a full-time Digital Advertising Specialist, with a knack for crafting compelling ad campaigns on specific platforms X (Twitter), Pinterest, Rumble, Snapchat, and Reddit. This role is pivotal in driving our inbound lead generation efforts and requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and monitor ad campaigns to maximize lead generation.
- Employ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets across platforms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal ROI/ROAS.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using data to drive decisions and strategy adjustments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of generating leads and driving conversions through Facebook, Google, Native Platforms, twitter, reddit, etc.
- Strong background in landing page optimization, including design, copywriting, and A/B testing. (Note: Coding skills are not required, but a keen eye for conversion optimization is essential.)
- A profound love and understanding of direct response marketing and sales funnels. Familiarity with marketing gurus like Dan Kennedy, Russell Brunson, Robert Cialdini, and others is a plus.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker who is comfortable working remotely and adhering to an 8am - 5pm Mountain Time schedule.
